At Whitehill Primary School we use an information management system called BromCom who use a parent app called ‘MyChildAtSchool’. This is our main form of communication with parents and will send all of our information to you via here. This app is also how you can contact the school office which means it is very important that every parent has this downloaded.
This app will also allow you to:
- Update your child’s details
- Book your child onto Before and/or Afterschool Club, other clubs & trips
- Pay for your clubs/trips and any other items such as uniform etc
How to access MyChildAtSchool
To login to the MCAS Parent Portal you will need to have a valid e-mail address registered with the school and an Invitation Code which the school would have sent to you. If you do not have an Invitation Code please contact the school for one, as you will NOT be able to access the Parent Portal without one.
Once you have received your invitation code from the school you can download the app by going to your app store and downloading, ‘MyChildAtSchool’ whose logo is similar to the one at the top of this page. Once downloaded, please open the app and click on ‘Redeem invitation code’ in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, as shown below.
The below screen should then appear:
Our School ID is: 12438
You will have been emailed your username and invitation code, please check your junk folder also. If you have not received this email then please contact the school office on 01614802142.
Once you have redeemed your code you will then be taken to a page which will ask you to set up log in details like a memorable password and a security question.
